Refund policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. That's why we offer a 30-day "Happiness Guaranteed" return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are unhappy with your purchase in anyway. 

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure you are well taken cared in every way. Please send us a message if you encounter any issues with your order.

To start a return, you can message us using our contact form or via email at service.kermode@gmail.com and let us know your issue, reason for return and the items you wish to return along with your order number.  If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days once received and credits will be refunded back to your original payment method. 

You can also contact us using the contact form above for any other questions related to your orders. We reply to all emails within 1-2 business days.  

We reserve the rights to reject all  returns outside of our 30-day policy, if we did not receive same items as described in your return request or if we feel the items has been intentionally pampered with or damaged. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full price of the item minus shipping to your original payment method. All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days upon us receiving the returned items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
